Perpetual Motion
A demonstration of a perpetual wheel based on one of Leonardo da Vinci’s designs.
The hammer mechanism represents a version of the “Holy Grail” of engineering. To function, it must comply with known physical laws, receiving more energy than it “produces.” The exhibit visually illustrates the concept of a self-sustaining machine, with a hidden drive system creating the illusion of continuous motion.
